Multi-rater feedback is the process of gathering information about an employee's performance from many different sources. These sources can include supervisors, peers and direct reports. Using multiple observations about an employee's behavior reduces the effect of personal bias and individual conflicts, yielding a clearer overall picture of an employee's strengths and weaknesses.
